These are the terms of service of BeerLife. All users are granted a revocable license to use and enjoy the BeerLife.com website. BeerLife in its sole discretion may remove any members for conduct they deem to be inappropriate. In the event of removal a user will be given the opportunity to protest their removal by a hearing that must be requested by the user within ten days of notification to the user of removal. BeerLife.com is a site dedicated to providing a place for College students and alumni to record, remember, and share the best times of their life with the people that matter most- the site does not encourage or condone excessive drinking and encourages all users to drink responsibly. BeerLife further reminds all users that the drinking age in the United States is 21 years of age, and in no way encourages underage drinking.
